This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from CLIPT.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches.
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Available options may vary depending on your address.
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Delivery Times
After processing, typical delivery times are:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs processing)
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs inspections.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
CLIPT is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the carrier’s possession.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist where possible.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
